They can choose from maki rolls, nigiri, and temaki. This item is also very realistic as your child can wrap, slice, and roll the sushi pieces! You can lay the sushi pieces within the felt nori (seaweed) then stick them together with self-stick tabs, roll with the sushi mat, and finally slice and serve with all the standard condiments--ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce.
