I couldn't believe how quickly my order was delivered. I ordered on the Tuesday lunch time and arrived Wednesday lunch the very next day. Thanks so much will most definitely be back.

Just a quick email to say thank you for the wonderful customer service I received on purchasing a Hape cash register and trolley from your online store! I purchased these items a number of weeks ago from a larger online store only to be told the week of my little girls birthday that they haven't been sent as they are out of stock! I ordered the same items from your website and followed it up with an email explaining my situation and enquiring about delivery time frames. Within an hour I received a phone call from the store owner advising that he had checked the time frames with Australia Post and he could guarantee it would arrive in time. The order left the store the same day and I was able to give the presents to my daughter on her birthday! Amazing friendly customer service, the type you don't get from the larger stores!

I just wanted to write a short email to thank you for your excellent service. We placed our order on Sunday and received it yesterday (Wednesday), despite Monday being a public holiday. Your prices were competitive, the products are lovely, and the service was incredibly fast. We will definitely buy from your company again.
